I came across your website which is very good on changing recipes to be healthy. Have you happen to try making lollipops? I have 2 little kids, and I do not want them to eat the commercial kind. Have you tried evaporated cane juice & tapioca sugar to make them instead of corn syrup and sugar?

I haven’t tried to convert too many candy recipes to using alternative sugars. I think you have quite a challenge! I did a google search and in the case of lollipops, the corn syrup actually does something chemically to the cane sugar!
